TheHomie is a marketplace that connects customers with independent home-service providers. TheHomie is not the provider of the services and does not employ providers listed on the platform.
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with local laws, and treat other users respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, discrimination, and misuse of the payment system.
TheHomie may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Disputes are handled per the Cancellation and Refund policies and, where necessary, by TheHomie Trust and Safety team.
